Dijon-Miso Dressing
2 tbsp. Mellow white miso
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. Water
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. raw honey
By hand, in a small container, mix miso and mustard. Add lemon juice, olive oil,
water, and garlic.
Whip until well-blended. Store in the refrigerator in a small covered container.
